Established in 2008 by cake artist Adele White and located in Nottingham, East Midlands, April Delights specialises in creating bespoke wedding cakes for clients across the UK.

Adele has always had a creative streak and began her career as a wedding florist. However, having decided not to pursue this vocation, she turned to cake design in order to satisfy her artistic flair and spent years studying and learning and practising and now runs her own cake decorating classes.
